The Role
Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House leadership team, the Food Runner is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of all food items while supporting the overall flow of service. This role plays a key part in ensuring dishes are presented correctly, communicated clearly, and delivered with a sense of urgency and hospitality.
What You’ll Do-
Prepare and maintain the service pass to support smooth and efficient service

Stock the pass with all necessary items according to established pars

Deliver food to guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and positioning

Clearly describe dishes when delivering food, including key ingredients and allergy information
-
Follow established steps of service to support a high-quality guest experience

Provide food and beverage support in accordance with restaurant standards

Ring in to-go food and beverage orders and process payments accurately

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pass and surrounding service areas

Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to support timely and efficient service

Maintain strong menu knowledge, including ingredients and allergy considerations

Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards

Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties thoroughly and efficiently
Who You Are-
Prior restaurant experience preferred with a passion for hospitality

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
