Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol service regulations
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware throughout shifts to ensure seamless service
- Collaborate with team members to support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed
- Uphold food safety standards during serving and food handling processes
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife environments
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly in a nightclub or banquet setting is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing
- Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment
