Moore Excavation Inc. is seeking a Heavy/Civil Construction SITE SAFETY MANAGER
The Heavy/Civil Site Safety Manager will be stationed full-time at the Bull Run Project. This is a high-visibility, field-facing position where your presence, communication, judgment and knowledge of safety protocols are mandatory. You will be the project and site lead for safety compliance, monitoring and be a resource for field crews. Underground utility and shoring experience is required.
The right candidate will have:
- 3 years of safety leadership experience on construction sites.
- Problem solving skills.
- Possess the ability to recognize hazardous situations and apply corrective measures.
- Extensive knowledge of local and federal safety regulations, including OSHA, NIOSH and ANSI.
- Assist the company Safety Director in development and implementation of training resources.
- Assist project team in developing and deploying project safety work plans.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adjust on the fly.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Be a self-motivated individual with critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- UNDERGROUND UTILITY AND SHORING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
