We're looking for hospitality-driven people who enjoy taking care of guests, working as part of a team, and contributing to an experience they're proud of.
Whether you're welcoming someone at the front door, crafting a drink behind the bar, supporting a busy service, or making sure a dish arrives exactly as it should, every position plays an important role in the experience we create.
About Worthington Inn
Worthington Inn brings together the history and character of Old Worthington with the hospitality and creativity of Wolf's Ridge Brewing.
We're a family-owned Columbus company with three unique locations: Wolf's Ridge at Worthington Inn, Wolf's Ridge Brewing in Downtown Columbus, and Understory in the Old North area.
At Worthington Inn, we're focused on creating a restaurant that feels connected to the community around us—somewhere guests can celebrate an occasion, meet friends for a drink, enjoy brunch or dinner, and consistently receive warm, genuine hospitality.
With the fall and winter seasons approaching, we're looking for additional people who want to help us build on that experience.
We're Currently Hiring:
Bartenders
We're looking for bartenders who can combine beverage knowledge, personality, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. Our bartenders should be comfortable engaging with guests while maintaining an organized and professional bar.
Barbacks
Our barbacks are essential to a successful bar program. We're looking for people who are proactive, organized, fast-moving, and able to anticipate what the bar and service team need before they're asked.
Hosts
The guest experience starts at the door. Our hosts should be warm, organized, confident communicators who enjoy interacting with people and understand the importance of creating a great first and last impression.
Food Runners
Our food runners are an important connection between our culinary and service teams. We're looking for individuals who are attentive, efficient, team-oriented, and excited to learn our food and help ensure every plate reaches the guest correctly and professionally.
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Previous restaurant experience is valuable, but attitude, dependability, and a willingness to learn are equally important to us.
Availability
Applicants must be able to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week.
Weekend availability is required.
We understand that everyone has different schedules, and there is flexibility within our scheduling needs. With the fall and holiday season approaching, however, reliable availability and a commitment to your scheduled shifts are extremely important.
