Duties

- Manage profit & loss statements, conducting detailed financial analysis to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand client base and increase market share.
- Lead executive-level team meetings, fostering collaboration across departments such as sales, operations, finance, and project management.
- Drive process improvements through lean management principles and data-driven decision making to enhance productivity.

Requirements
- Proven experience in management within the construction industry with a focus on project delivery and operational oversight.

Pay: $85,409.04 - $102,858.20 per year
