Licensed Esthetician — Commission-Based W-2

Balanced Beauty Collective is growing, and we are looking for a Licensed Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness practice in Dublin, Ohio.
This is a flexible, commission-based W-2 position designed for an esthetician who wants the opportunity to build and grow their clientele without taking on the expenses associated with renting and operating an independent suite.
Balanced Beauty Collective provides the professional space, approved supplies and equipment, booking infrastructure, payment processing, website presence and business marketing. We are looking for someone who brings excellent esthetics skills, professionalism, creativity and a genuine interest in growing with our business.
Compensation
- 40–45% service commission
- 100% of client tips
- W-2 employee position
- No room-rental fee
- No routine supply or back-bar costs to the employee
- No booking-system fee
- No fee for Balanced Beauty Collective’s routine business marketing

Services
Our esthetics service line will include:
- Customized facial services
- Lash extensions and fills
- Lash lift and tint
- Brow tinting
- Brow lamination
We also welcome collaboration. The esthetician will have opportunities to provide input regarding new services, treatment options, packages and pricing as the esthetics side of Balanced Beauty Collective grows.
Flexible Scheduling
This is an appointment-based position rather than a traditional fixed-shift position.
Balanced Beauty Collective provides available treatment-room days and times, and the esthetician establishes appointment availability within those periods based on their schedule and clientele.
There is no guaranteed existing book of esthetics clients or guaranteed service volume, so this opportunity is best suited for someone who already has some clientele or is motivated and confident in their ability to build and retain a client base.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- Currently licensed in Ohio and in good standing
- Professional, dependable and client-focused
- Experienced in esthetics, lashes and/or brow services
- Committed to excellent sanitation and infection-control practices
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
- Motivated to build, rebook and retain clientele
- Comfortable participating in reasonable promotion of their services
- Interested in contributing ideas and growing with a small business
Existing clientele is strongly preferred.
Additional relevant training and certifications are a plus.
