Entry-Level Driller's Assistant – Join Our Field Team!
Location: Southeast U.S. (Travel required)
Pay Range: $22.00–$27.00/hour starting, with merit-based raises
Job Type: Full-Time (50–55 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10–12 hour shifts (Optional weekend OT on extended travel projects)

What We Offer

What We’re Looking For
- Hard Worker: Physically able to lift 80–100 lbs and work outdoors and in various conditions
- Clear Background: No criminal record (required for secure job site access)
- Trainable: Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and grow with the company
- Mechanically Inclined: Basic experience with hand/power tools and vehicle maintenance required
- Preferred Experience: 2+ years in construction, mechanical, or heavy equipment fields a plus
- Clean Driving Record: Safe driving history required;
- CDL preferred (eligible for higher pay)
- Drug-Free: Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable Transportation & Travel Readiness
What You’ll Do
- Assist with drilling operations (soil sampling, monitoring well installation, geotechnical borings)
- Handle augers, drilling rods, casing and tooling
- Load/unload equipment and maintain organized job sites and shop
- Prep jobs, support regular maintenance of rigs and support vehicles
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe job site and shop
- Travel regularly to project sites across the Southeast
