EXPERIENCED DENTAL ASSISTANT — ARE YOU OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER?
We’re not looking for just anyone. We’re looking for the RIGHT person.
Are you an experienced Dental Assistant who knows dentistry, takes pride in your work, genuinely cares about patients, and wants to be part of a team that expects excellence?
If you’re someone who can walk into an operatory and know what the doctor needs before they have to ask, keep things organized, move efficiently, and still make patients feel comfortable and cared for—we want to meet you!
We are a well-established dental practice looking for a highly dependable, experienced Dental Assistant who wants more than just a job. We want someone who takes ownership, works well with others, and is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.
THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF…
You have real-world dental assisting experience
You understand the importance of four-handed dentistry and efficient chairside assisting.
You are confident assisting with a variety of procedures, including restorative, surgical, endodontic, prosthodontic, and general dentistry.
You are comfortable taking digital X-rays and 3D scans.
You understand that sterilization and infection control aren’t things you sometimes do—they’re things you do correctly every single time.
You are organized, dependable, punctual, and pay attention to the little things.
You can communicate comfortably with patients and know how to help someone who may be nervous or uncomfortable.
You can work independently but also know how to be a great team player.
You don’t wait around to be told what to do—you see what needs to be done and jump in.
You want to continue learning and becoming better at what you do.
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive compensation based on experience.
We value people who bring experience, skill, reliability, and the right attitude to our practice.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a team that values quality dentistry, exceptional patient care, teamwork, and continued professional growth.
