PlantVers Garden is looking for an energetic, friendly, and dependable team member to join our growing team as a full-time TikTok Live Plant Sales Associate.
If you enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and are excited to learn about indoor plants, we'd love to hear from you. No prior plant experience is required—we provide comprehensive training.
Responsibilities
- Host TikTok Live shopping sessions in a professional, engaging, and customer-focused manner.
- Educate customers about a variety of indoor plants, including their features, care requirements, and growing habits.
- Answer customer questions and provide helpful recommendations during live sales events.
- Create an enjoyable shopping experience while helping customers choose the right plants.
- Pull plants accurately for customer orders.
- Carefully package and prepare live plants for shipment.
- Assist with organizing inventory and supporting daily greenhouse and warehouse operations.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of indoor plants and plant care.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and confident when speaking with customers.
- Comfortable engaging with customers during live sales events.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, social media, or live selling is a plus, but not required.
