Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Line Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, providing essential behavioral support and implementing individualized treatment plans. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster meaningful progress in clients’ lives through evidence-based practices such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, grooming, and other self-care routines
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to track progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Implement ABA therapy protocols under supervision, ensuring consistency and fidelity to care plans
- Support clients in various settings, including home-based environments and school settings, promoting skill development and behavior management
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care delivery
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards
- Support behavior management strategies by applying positive reinforcement techniques and documenting behavioral incidents
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD), is highly preferred
- Experience in special education or school environments is advantageous
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and implementing behavior intervention plans is a plus
- Hands-on experience with behavioral data collection, medical records management, and medical terminology is beneficial
- Home-based behavioral experience or direct behavioral therapy experience is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work compassionately with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays
- Knowledge of ethical standards such as the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts is valued

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
