Estimator / Project Coordinator — M3 Construction LLC (Fort Worth, TX)
M3 Construction is an exterior specialty contractor (stucco, EIFS, Venetian plaster, elastomeric coatings, masonry). We work as both GC and sub across the DFW market. We’re looking for someone hungry to learn the trade and grow into a key role.
You don’t need years of experience. Some construction background is a plus, but what matters most is that you’re sharp, dependable, and willing to learn. We’ll teach you the rest.
What you’ll do:
- Estimating (the core of the role) — take off quantities from plans and site photos, price out scopes, and build clean, professional estimates. This is where you’ll spend most of your time.
- Write and manage scopes of work for our jobs.
- Handle invoicing — generate and send client invoices, track what’s billed, and follow up on payments.
- Communicate with clients — answer questions, walk them through scope, keep them informed.
- Coordinate with general contractors and subs to keep jobs moving.
- Support project management across active job sites as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Willing and eager to learn the exterior trades (we’ll train you on base coat, mesh, finish coat, weep screed, flashing, etc.).
- Organized and detail-oriented — estimating and invoicing both reward precision.
- Comfortable talking to clients and GCs, in person, by phone, and over email.
- Reliable, takes ownership, follows through.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
- Basic computer skills; we’ll train you on our estimating software.
