We are a large job shop that does Design, Sheet Metal Fabrication, all types of Welding Fabrication, CNC & Conventional Machining, Field Installation, etc. We have a full shop with in-house laser cutting, sheet metal fab., machining, welding, assembly, etc. We are looking for additional help in our CAD department with Solid Works design/drafting as well as doing material take-off and estimation of projects. If you have experience with laser cutting or laser nesting software it is a plus. We are a fast paced company that works in many different industries and on many different types of projects. You must have good organizational skills, dependable transportation, good work ethic, be able to think outside the box, and have a "whatever it takes" mentality for this position. Looking for someone that has experience in the job shop environment and understands the general shop practices to do this type of work. This position is one of wearing several hats and is never boring. If you worked in a shop and then went into CAD Design/Drafting, this is a big plus for this type of position. We are looking for someone who is very experienced with Solid Works and is fast at drawing parts, fixtures, assemblies, etc. You must know your way around Microsoft Office software, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, etc....'
