Currently hiring full-time maintenance for real estate management firm in Oklahoma City.
Responsible for completing assigned Service Requests. Performs daily maintenance at properties owned by others. Needs to be strong in general maintenance skills to include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, sheetrock and like capablity. Must have active drivers license, computer understanding, willingness to leave properties in better condition than found, own tools and a basic understanding & willingness to maintain log books. Qualified only need to apply.
