Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Take accurate orders using Aloha POS
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while closely following Stix policies and procedures.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage tables effectively by coordinating with kitchen staff for timely food preparation and delivery.
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
- Support sanitation efforts by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines throughout your shift.
Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales while enhancing the guest experience.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $500.00 - $700.00 per week
