What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose and perform drain cleaning services on residential and commercial properties
- Use ServiceTitan software to manage work orders, customer info, and transactions
- Spot additional plumbing issues and recommend smart solutions for customers
- Collect payments upon completion of service
- Keep your truck stocked and organized with the parts and tools you need
- Deliver top-quality, safe work every time
- Build real relationships with customers through great service
Tools You'll Use
- Drain cleaning machines and augers
- Inspection cameras and leak detection equipment
- Standard plumbing tools (wrenches, pliers, pipe cutters, etc.)
- ServiceTitan mobile app and hardware
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience as a Drain Service Technician or similar role
- Comfort using ServiceTitan software
- A knack for spotting opportunities and closing additional service sales
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage transactions and collect payments
- A valid driver's license that meets company policy

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
