Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of dining areas, kitchens, and food preparation zones to uphold health standards
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to maintain smooth service flow
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, and food items using safe lifting practices
- Support food service operations by serving guests promptly and courteously in accordance with food safety regulations
- Set up tables with appropriate tableware, linens, and utensils to ensure an inviting atmosphere for guests
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless service delivery
- Follow all internal communication protocols to report issues or supply needs promptly and accurately
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of hospitality standards
- Knowledge of sanitation practices, food safety protocols, and proper table setting techniques
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and safe lifting practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience with catering or kitchen operations is highly desirable
- Strong teamwork and internal communication skills to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, bussing routines, and food industry regulations
