Join the back of house team at Stamford’s premier high-capacity brewpub cafe and beer garden! We are currently seeking experienced Line Cooks and Culinary Team Members to run our high-volume on-premise food trailer.
We serve elevated, high-quality brewpub classics—from custom-blend burgers to scratch-made fried appetizers and signature homemade sauces. In addition to our daily service, we handle extensive in-house catering events. If you love the energy of food truck culture but want the stability and resources of an established venue, this is the perfect spot for you.
Candidates will work directly with the Culinary Operations Manager / Head Chef.
What You’ll Do:
Execute the Menu:
Prepare and cook high-quality, elevated brewpub dishes to order from our high-volume food trailer.
Prep & Station Setup:
Efficiently handle daily prep work, portion control, and batching for our signature homemade sauces and catering menus.
Catering Support:
Assist in executing diverse in-house catering menus for private events and large parties.
Maintain Quality & Cleanliness:
Own your station. Maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation standards, including deep-cleaning food trailer equipment and closing down stations properly.
Collaborate:
Work seamlessly with the rest of the BOH and FOH teams to ensure fast ticket times and happy guests in a high capacity venue.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Kitchen Team Member (experience in high-volume kitchens, food trucks, or busy brewpubs is a major plus).
Skills:
Strong knife skills, a solid understanding of cooking techniques, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Passion:
Someone who genuinely cares about food quality, presentation, and keeping a immaculate workspace.
Reliability:
Dependable transportation to Stamford (we are a 4 minute walk from the train station) and a strong work ethic. Weekend and evening availability is required.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced trailer environment.
