ESC is seeking an experienced residential systems integrator to join our growing service team.
This is not a new construction installation position.
We're looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex smart home systems, solving technical challenges, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work independently, represent ESC in our clients' homes, and become a trusted resource for homeowners, builders, architects, and designers.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot integrated smart home systems
- Resolve issues involving Control4, Lutron, Crestron, networking, AV, lighting control, and surveillance
- Perform service calls, warranty work, and preventative maintenance
- Maintain detailed service documentation
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and trade partners
- Recommend system improvements and upgrades when appropriate
- Deliver an exceptional client experience on every service visit
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in residential AV, smart home integration, or low-voltage systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Experience with Control4, Lutron, Crestron, networking, and integrated technology systems
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
