Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA / CG'S to join our team for the Naperville and Oakbrook location. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care, support clinical staff, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our client. Your energy and enthusiasm will help foster a positive atmosphere, promoting health and well-being across diverse care settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts.
- Support emergency response efforts by utilizing basic life support skills during urgent situations.
- Looking for someone that is strong willed and able to commit to case
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols such as proper use of Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices.
- Looking for reliable individuals that want to pick up multiple shifts
Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification
- Must have at least 1 yr of healthcare experience
- Must have current TB, Physical and CPR
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient safety protocols including HIPAA compliance.
- Strong caregiving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must have valid drivers license and auto insurance
- Must be eligible in the IDPH healthcare system.
Schedule :
- Monday - Sunday
- 2hr, 4hr shifts
- 5hr-12hr shift
- weekends
- Early Mornings, Afternoon, Evenings, Overnights
