Job Description:
Provides clinical social work services to participants in the EMPOWERED program to support their recovery and facilitate positive behavioral changes. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, developing individual treatment plans, and assisting with care navigation by offering timely support and connections to resources. This position also collaborates closely with the Executive and Associate Directors to build and maintain relationships with community providers serving pregnant and postpartum individuals experiencing substance use disorders
