About the Role
We are looking for energetic, reliable team members to join our bakery for the upcoming busy season! Whether you love crafting delicious baked goods, putting artistic touches on treats, or providing warm service to customer orders, we have a spot for you.
This is a seasonal position with part-time hours to start, but we are actively looking to identify top talent to transition into permanent full-time roles.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your experience and interest, your daily tasks will include:
- Baking & Decorating (Skilled Role):
- Prepare doughs, batters, and fresh baked goods following established recipes.
- Decorate cakes, pastries, and seasonal items with precision and care.
- Maintain clean, food-safe workstations and proper ingredient storage.
- Retail & Customer Service:
- Greet customers and take in-person or phone orders with a friendly attitude.
- Package and hand off orders quickly and accurately to keep lines moving.
- Keep front-of-house displays, counters, and packaging stations clean and well-stocked.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in baking, cake decorating, food prep, or retail/customer service is a plus (we are open to training the right team players!).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Weekend availability is essential.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs when handling ingredients or stock.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
