Reporting to the Senior Manager, North America Ops Finance, the Operations Finance Manager for the Tewksbury, MA site is a key finance leader responsible for the financial management of the site. This role directly supports Site Operations Leadership and works closely with Business Unit Leaders to deliver differentiated business performance through strong partnerships with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams.
The successful candidate will bring strong technical finance expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across functions to drive financial performance, operational excellence, manufacturing effectiveness, inventory optimization, margin expansion, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of site direct cost of sales, other cost of sales, and inventory management processes while ensuring alignment across business units and operations teams.
- Establish efficient and effective finance processes and measure key business drivers in a way that provides meaningful real-time insights.
- Drive robust, standardized, and transparent financial reporting focused on key site-level metrics to support sound manufacturing execution and operational behavior.
- Lead discussions regarding Operations performance and influence outcomes through data-driven recommendations.
- Develop scorecards and processes that effectively prioritize and provide visibility into savings initiatives, investments, and return on investment (ROI) achievement.
- Support effective inventory management that contributes to strong cash performance and reduces scrap and excess and obsolete (E&O) exposure globally.
- Ensure compliance and controllership discipline are applied through all operational decisions while adhering to company policies and U.S. GAAP requirements.
- Oversee development of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, ensuring volume assumptions are aligned with commercial forecasts through the SIOP process.
- Identify business risks and mitigation opportunities throughout the quarter to support achievement of annual operating plan (AOP) and forecast commitments.
- Oversee Operations budgets, ensuring effective deployment of funds and disciplined management of headcount, reserves, and indirect costs.
- Develop capacity, resource, and material plans that support both short- and long-term growth objectives while driving margin expansion.
- Lead planning processes that align operating plans to the lowest appropriate level, creating accountability at the point of impact and organizational alignment on financial objectives.
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset and embrace outside-in thinking that advances the organization's finance agenda.
- Serve as a trusted business partner to the Site Operations Leader by providing strategic financial guidance, insights, challenge, and support.
- Deliver actionable insights that drive execution of output requirements, on-time delivery commitments, and product quality targets.
- Provide strategic financial partnership to Operations leadership focused on profit margin optimization through design for manufacturability, complexity reduction, sourcing, productivity, overhead cost management, inventory risk management, and capital optimization.
- Elevate the site finance function by driving empowerment and accountability throughout the Operations organization.
- Support development and implementation of best-in-class transformational manufacturing strategies that meet customer needs through collaboration with key functional partners.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
- MBA preferred.
- CPA preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience.
- Management experience that includes finance leadership responsibilities and/or deep operations finance expertise.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results through cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Operations and Supply Chain leaders to drive cost optimization and inventory optimization.
