Fiesta Health is Hiring a Clinic-Based BCBA!
Base Salary: $90,000/year
Total Compensation: Up to $120,000/year (including bonus opportunities)
Bilingual Incentive: Additional $5,000/year for BCBAs who are fluent in English/Spanish and can support our Spanish-speaking families
Location: Clinic-Based (McDonough, Georgia)
Client Population: Early Intervention (Ages 1–6)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000–$10,000 for qualified candidates
Note: Applicants must reside in Georgia by their start date and hold an active LBA or be eligible to obtain an LBA within 30 days.

- Train, Supervise, Support RBTs
- Client Clinical Management
- Evaluate and Analyze Graphical Data
- Make Program Changes
- Train, Supervise, Support RBTs (Super Important!)
