Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements through meticulous inspection and analysis. Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify product specifications.
- Conduct quality audits throughout the production process to ensure adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, FDA regulations, and other regulatory standards.
- Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) to accurately assess product conformity.
- Utilize vision inspection systems and other advanced measurement tools for detailed quality assessments.
- Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, non-conformance reports, and inspection results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions aligned with HACCP, CGMP, and other compliance standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, audits, calibration schedules for measuring instruments, and compliance documentation.
Experience
- Experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on experience operating precision measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines.
- Familiarity with interpreting mechanical blueprints and manufacturing documents accurately.
- Ability to perform detailed analysis using basic math skills and data collection techniques to support quality management systems.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with an understanding of manufacturing processes enhances inspection accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory in production environments.

Pay: $27.47 - $40.00 per hour
