Job Title: Delivery Driver / Courier (DHL Routes)

URGENT HIRE: DELIVERY VAN DRIVER POSITIONS AVAILABLE: We are an established delivery service provider contracted by DHL Express in the RDU area (not at the airport). We are currently looking for highly reliable, Full-Time Delivery Drivers to operate our high-roof - extended cargo vans out of our Morrisville, NC facility.
Because this position requires high-security clearances with DHL Express, our hiring standards are strict. We are looking for professionals who want stable, Monday-Friday work, weekly pay, and a long-term place to call home.
The Schedule & Compensation:
- Pay: $16.00/hr starting pay + Paid Time Off (PTO) and Health Benefits are available after the probationary period.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (Occasional weekends only during peak/holiday volume).
- Hours: Monday start time is 8:30 AM sharp. Tuesday-Friday starts between 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM based on flight schedules.
- Expect flexible, extended shifts (6.5 to 10+ hours per day depending on volumes and routes covered).
The Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Clean Background: This is a high-security clearance position. Criminal background must be 100% clean.
- Clean Driving Record: Zero accidents, tickets, or moving violations in the last 3 years. (No CDL or DOT required - this is NOT a trucking position).
- Age & License: Must be 21+ years old with a valid, active Driver’s License.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of verifiable delivery experience (residential or commercial). Experience handling high-roof - extended cargo vans is highly preferred.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift/carry up to 70 lbs, push/pull heavy rolling carts, and comfortably step in and out of a cargo van 70+ times a day in all weather conditions.
- Commute: You must have your own reliable vehicle to get to the Morrisville warehouse (no public transit is available to this site).
- Testing: Must be able to pass a strict pre-hire drug screen within 48 hours of employment offer.
