Job Description:
Are you passionate about safety and dedicated to preventing workplace accidents? Join our team as a Fall Protection Installer and make a difference in the lives of countless workers. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of fall protection systems, ensuring that our clients' facilities are equipped with the best safety measures available. Normal work hours are 7 am to 4 pm Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, and maintain fall protection systems, including guardrails, lifelines, anchor points, etc.
- Communicate with project managers to plan and execute installation projects efficiently and within specified timelines.
- Document all installation and maintenance activities accurately.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and using personal protective equipment.
- Manage job materials and work orders.
- Assist in light assembly, packaging, and loading and unloading of material delivery and receiving when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations (training provided).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Good with hands, problem solver, good mechanical aptitude
- Self starter, does not require direct supervision, motivated, and hard working.
- Safety certifications (e.g., Competent Person Certification, OSHA 10, OSHA 30) are a plus but not required.
