Centi is a fast-growing gelato, crepe, and espresso shop in the Old Market. We make everything in-house with an obsessive focus on quality, freshness, and guest experience. We're looking for people who take pride in doing things right and love making someone's day a little sweeter.
Position: Team Member
What You’ll Do:
Serve house-made artisanal gelato with genuine warmth
Craft espresso drinks and made-to-order crepes
Speak knowledgeably about our ingredients and process
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry, hospitality, or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
- Comfortable with cash handling and basic math
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and awareness
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Fluency in Spanish
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations (Food Safe Certification)
- Familiarity with hand crafted espresso drinks
