We are hiring a direct-hire, full-time, Sr Tool & Die Maker with a growing metal-roll forming manufacturer. This position is in Bethlehem, PA & is on 1st Shift.
This position will be responsible for the following duties:
- Build, assemble, and repair progressive stamping dies using blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Set up and operate machine shop equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM machines, to make die components.
- Troubleshoot die issues during production and identify problems affecting part quality or machine performance.
- Perform routine maintenance, sharpening, and repairs on dies to keep production running efficiently.
- Assist with die testing and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
Shift:
- 1st Shift; 7:00am-3:30pm
- Up to 16+ hours of OT is available each week; but is not required
Compensation:
- Pay range up to $50/hr depending on experience level
- All OT paid at 1.5x (required OT each week)

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Tool & Die making in a metal stamping environment
- Experience building and maintaining progressive stamping dies.
- Able to read blueprints, tooling drawings, and CAD prints.
- Skilled in operating mills, grinders, and EDM equipment.
