Heart to Heart ABA is looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). If you enjoy working with children and are looking for a meaningful, flexible afterschool position, we’d love to meet you.
No RBT certification yet? No problem — we provide support for you every step of the way.
Position Details:

Pay: $22–$27 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Afternoons & evenings (typically between 3:00pm–7:00pm)

Hours: Part-time

Settings: In-home
What You’ll Do:

Work 1:1 with children with autism and related needs

Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
-
Use play-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills

Track progress and collect session data

Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families
