```Duties```
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors in their homes or assisted living facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document any changes or reactions
- Monitor and report changes in clients' physical and mental health to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by following resident rights guidelines
```Requirements```
- Prior experience in senior care or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care techniques and strategies
- Valid first aid certification
- Ability to administer medications accurately and safely
- Familiarity with assisted living regulations and protocols
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or assistance with mobility
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
