We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in Brick Township, New Jersey. As a Behavior Technician with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices.
Responsibilities:
Implement high-quality ABA therapy services in various settings, including homes, schools, and community-based settings
Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collect and record data to track client progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure therapy is practical, respectful, and impactful across settings
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
