Join our dynamic team as a Post Close - Loan Admin. This position will review all post-closing loan processes and documents to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, reducing risk to the bank.
Responsibilities Include
- Ensuring loan is booked in core to align with loan and approval documentation
- Review and guarantee all documentation has been obtained
- Produce loan payoff statements
- Pull credit reports
- Complete third party credit reference checks
- Will be the custodian of all loan documentation
- Enter new loans into third party tax and insurance monitoring systems
