General Description:
Installers are responsible for delivering and installing luxury appliances with a white glove level of service. Installers will be required to communicate professionally and interact with customers and contractors daily and train them to use their new appliance. Exact hours will vary based on the daily delivery schedule. Installers must be able to work with their team in moving large appliances into position and correctly installing the appliances.
Specific Job Duties
- Driving 26’ delivery box trucks
- Completing paper and electronic documents per company requirements
- Installing built-in appliances per the installation manuals
- Ensuring damage-free installations and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining and managing inventory of tools
- Loading and unloading work truck daily
- Occasional overnights when working in the mountains.
Qualifications
- High School Education
- Able to stand for long periods of time and walk for long distances
- Able to read digital media and enter customer information on a phone or tablet
- Able to lift 100 pounds, unassisted
- Pass drug screen
- Pass background check
- Have a valid driver’s license with good driving record
