What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of licensed wax specialists
- Create a positive, supportive, and performance-driven culture
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Drive membership, retail, and service sales goals
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members
- Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and daily salon operations
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies for growth
- Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and compliance requirements are maintained
What We're Looking For
- Previous management experience in a salon, spa, beauty, retail, or service-based environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business goals
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
