Position Summary:
The Warehouse Site Manager oversees daily operations at the Valdosta facility, which handles consigned and repossessed units including automobiles, RVs, motorcycles, powersports, and marine equipment. This role manages all onsite employees—including detailers and condition report writers—to ensure consistent quality, accuracy, and efficiency in preparing units for auction listing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Staff Management
- Supervise and coordinate all onsite employees, including detailers, condition report writers, and support staff.
- Manage employee scheduling, workload, and performance expectations.
- Foster a positive, safety-focused, and team-oriented work environment.
- Operational Oversight
- Manage workflow of approximately 300–400 units consistently.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly received, logged, and processed according to company standards.
- Oversee detailing, inspections, photography, and final preparation for online auction posting.
- Maintain facility organization, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and OSHA standards.
- Quality & Compliance
- Ensure accurate condition reports and detailed visual documentation for each unit.
- Demand high-quality detailing and inspection results that reflect company standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to minimize errors and rework.
- Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between site staff and corporate operations.
- Collaborate with logistics, sales, and marketing teams to meet processing and posting deadlines.
- Communicate site performance metrics, staffing needs, and operational issues to upper management.
- Continuous Improvement
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with training programs and onboarding for new staff.
- Monitor equipment and facility needs; coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in warehouse, automotive, powersports, or related industries.
- Strong working knowledge of automotive, RV, marine, and powersports products.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
