Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Truck Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of trucks and equipment across designated routes. Your expertise in truck driving, load & unload procedures, and route management will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities
- Drive on assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure secure deliveries.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety issues before and after each shift.
- Manage documentation related to deliveries, including delivery logs, load manifests, and route sheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate pickups and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean driving record and uphold company safety policies at all times.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle operated.
- Proven experience in truck driving, including operating various heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of load & unload procedures and safe cargo handling practices.
- Experience with route driving and managing delivery schedules effectively.
- Ability to operate auxiliary equipment like forklifts when necessary for loading or unloading freight.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
