We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Brand Ambassador to represent Freddy’s Fuego across licensed retail accounts in Northwestern Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to break into the i502 industry and grow with a team that's passionate about the plant and the people behind it.
Territory
Northwestern WA — servicing the i5 corridor and olympic peninsula.
What You'll Do
- Visit licensed i502 cannabis retailers to build and maintain relationships with budtenders and store managers
- Effectively communicates and educates on the benefits of the entire Freddy's Fuego product line, demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
- Conduct product education sessions and Vendor Days to drive brand awareness and sales
- Represent the brand at promotional events and pop-ups within the territory
- Gather and report field intelligence, including competitor activity, shelf placement, and customer feedback
- Ensure proper Visual Merchandising: signage, and product visibility at retail locations
- Collaborate with the sales team to support account growth goals
What We're Looking For
- Passion for cannabis and the i502 market
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you love talking to people
- Self-starter who can manage a territory independently
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required — this role requires regular travel throughout the territory
- Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check
- Prior cannabis, CPG, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Compensation & Details
- 8-week trial with strong potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
