American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position at an acute care facility in New York, requiring CAH experience and night shift availability.

Work setting is an acute care hospital Emergency Department with 15 ED beds and 10 additional acute beds
-
RNs are expected to cover all patient types given the lower-volume nature of this ED
-
Shift schedule is 12-hour nights, 7p–7a
-
EMR system is Epic
-
Active NY State RN license required
-
Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
-
Minimum of 2 years of ER experience required
-
Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical experience required
-
Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience is required
-
BSN preferred but not required
-
Must be able to multitask effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment

COVID vaccination preferred; exemptions are accepted

Candidate must be prepared to care for a broad range of patient types across the ED

All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed prior to consideration
