Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to adult patients (18 and older), focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires a commitment to patient service and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of health issues, with an emphasis on outpatient care, including Women's health.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Manage chronic conditions such as Diabetes, Hypertension etc.
- Collaborate with specialists when necessary for comprehensive patient management.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Experience
- Nursing degree from an accredited institution with Nurse Practitioner or PA certification.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting with outpatient care focus.
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision of a Physician.
- Familiarity with various office based medical procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient service.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Comfort and experience with EHRs and electronic modes of documentation.
- Ability to perform and thrive in fast paced environment.
- Ability and desire to mentor and lead the clinical support team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
