We are an established Buy Here Pay Here used car dealership seeking highly motivated individuals to join our growing team.
Our Sales Associates play an important role in the success of our dealership. As one of the first points of contact for prospective customers, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, generating sales, meeting sales goals, and maintaining dealership profitability.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Previous sales experience preferred

- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market dealership inventory through social media and other channels to increase showroom and online traffic
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person, by phone, online, and through social media
- Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their automotive needs
- Present vehicles and financing options in a professional and ethical manner
- Coordinate and conduct vehicle test drives, including collecting required customer information and identification
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Encourage customer retention, loyalty, repeat business, and customer referrals
- Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals
- Ensure all sales paperwork and customer documentation are completed accurately and properly
- Maintain a professional and organized sales environment
- Follow all dealership policies and procedures
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Work evenings, weekends, and other hours as needed to meet customer and dealership needs
