This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for closers who know how to build value, overcome objections, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Sell quality pre-owned vehicles.
- Build relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
- Submit finance applications and work lender approvals.
- Present and sell vehicle service contracts and other finance products.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer follow-up.
- Post inventory regularly on Facebook Marketplace and other social media platforms.
- Request Google reviews from satisfied customers.
- Ensure all deal paperwork is complete and funding-ready.
Compensation
We offer one of the most aggressive commission and bonus structures in the independent dealership market.
Expected earnings range from $60,000 to well over $120,000+ annually, depending on performance. Sales consultants consistently selling 15–30 vehicles per month have the opportunity to earn top-tier income with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience required.
- Finance experience is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
