Press Brake Operator
Position Summary
The Press Brake Operator is responsible for setting up, programming, manual press brake equipment to bend, form, and fabricate metal components according to engineering drawings and production requirements. This role ensures parts are manufactured accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate manual press brake machines.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
Select proper tooling, dies, and machine settings for each job.
Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.
Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
Safely handle and move materials using overhead cranes, forklifts, or other lifting equipment as required.
Maintain production records and report quality or equipment issues.
Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
Work closely with Engineering, Quality Control, and Production teams to meet delivery schedules.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience operating press brake equipment preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments (calipers, tape measures, protractors, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset.
Basic computer skills and CNC programming experience preferred.

Location: Raptor Wear Parts USA, Inc. – Murray, Utah
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
