Position Overview
Manji Law is seeking a dependable, organized, and client-focused Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our Tucker office. This is a full-time, fully in-person position.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The person in this position will communicate regularly with Spanish-speaking clients by telephone, email, text message, and in person. Applicants must be able to speak, read, and write professionally in both languages.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and case-related support to the firm’s attorneys, paralegals, and clients. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Communicating professionally with clients in both English and Spanish by telephone, email, text message, and in person
- Translating routine client communications and documents between English and Spanish
- Scheduling client consultations, appointments, interviews, and follow-up meetings
- Collecting documents and information from clients
- Following up with clients regarding outstanding documents, signatures, payments, and case requirements
- Organizing, reviewing, scanning, copying, uploading, and maintaining client documents
- Opening new client files and maintaining accurate physical and electronic case files
- Entering and updating client and case information in the firm’s case-management system
- Assisting attorneys and paralegals with the preparation and organization of immigration applications and supporting documents
- Preparing routine correspondence, notices, cover letters, checklists, and client communications
- Monitoring case deadlines, appointments, interviews, biometrics notices, and filing requirements
- Reviewing incoming mail and government correspondence and routing it to the appropriate team member
- Providing clients with routine case-status updates as authorized by the supervising attorney or paralegal
- Coordinating translations, interpreter services, medical examinations, and other case-related services
- Maintaining client confidentiality and complying with all firm policies and professional standards
- Assisting with additional administrative and case-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to speak, read, and write professionally in both languages
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Professional and courteous customer-service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfort using computers, email, scanners, telephone systems, and office technology
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client and firm information
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work in person at the Tucker office Monday through Friday
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a law firm, immigration office, or professional office environment
- Familiarity with immigration law or immigration procedures
- Experience using legal case-management or immigration software
- Experience working directly with clients from diverse cultural and international backgrounds

Work Environment
This position is performed fully in person at Manji Law’s Tucker office. Remote and hybrid work are not available for this position.
The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional schedule adjustments may be required based on client or firm needs.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $14.00 to $20.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on the applicant’s experience, qualifications, language proficiency, and relevant law-office or immigration experience.
