Bilingual Warranty Sales Representative – Greer, SC

We are seeking a highly motivated full-time Bilingual Warranty Sales Representative with outstanding interpersonal skills to assist homeowners with their warranty service needs. This position has the potential to become a fully remote role based off performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding new and existing warranty service requests.
- Educate customers on warranty coverage, contract terms, claims, and work orders.
- Facilitate dispatch activities and assist with contractor scheduling.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-ups to homeowners and contractors.
- Conduct outbound calls to address high-priority accounts and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
✅ 2+ years of customer service experience (call center, hospitality, retail, or related field).
✅ Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
✅ Previous experience promoting products/services in a call center environment is a plus.
✅ Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
✅ Must be a team player with a positive attitude and results-driven mindset.
✅ Comfortable with 100% phone-based customer interaction.
✅ High School diploma / GED required.
Work Schedule:
* Monday - Friday : 10am - 7pm
