We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hotworx - Sales Associate (TSA)... Earn hourly and COMMISSION. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our members while promoting a positive and motivating environment. As a Hotworx - TSA, you will be responsible for assisting members with their fitness journeys, ensuring they have the best experience possible in our innovative infrared fitness studio.
Duties
- Greet members and guests warmly, providing an inviting atmosphere.
- Assist members in understanding and utilizing the Hotworx equipment and services effectively.
- Conduct orientations for new members, explaining class formats, schedules, and studio policies.
- Monitor classes to ensure safety protocols are followed and provide support as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, including equipment and common areas.
- Address member inquiries, concerns, or feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive community atmosphere within the studio.
Requirements
- Passion for fitness and wellness with a strong desire to help others achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous experience in customer service or fitness environments is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of fitness principles and practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
