Summary:
Insight Global is partnering with a large insurance company based in Des Moines, Iowa to hire for a Talent Coordinator. This person is going to be responsible for administrative operations for a high functioning talent acquisition team. Day to day responsibilities include:
-Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for onboarding new team members.
-Manage and coordinate the I-9 onboarding process, including:
- Initiating I-9 verification
- Collecting required documentation
- Submitting I-9 documents for processing
-Obtain and track onboarding documentation to ensure completion.
-Coordinate and schedule interviews for the team using Workday and Outlook.
-Assist people leaders with Workday-related processes and activities.
-Create and manage calendar invitations through Microsoft Bookings and Outlook.
-Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, including equipment setup and meeting readiness.
-Support onsite team meetings by arranging and configuring required equipment.
-Manage workflow transitions for interns converting to full-time employees (FTEs).
-Participate in career fairs and recruiting events to support talent acquisition efforts.
-Recruit and source candidates for assigned requisitions as needed.
-Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate and onboarding experience.
Compensation:
$20/hr to $27/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
