Integrated Diabetes Services (IDS) is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team!
For over 30 years, Integrated Diabetes Services (IDS) has been a worldwide leader in one-on-one diabetes education and coaching. We help people with insulin-dependent diabetes from around the globe through personalized education, advanced technology training, and compassionate support. Every clinician on our team lives with type 1 diabetes, giving them firsthand experience with the daily challenges of diabetes management. By combining clinical expertise with lived experience, we provide practical, personalized support that helps people confidently navigate life with diabetes.
About the Position
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our patients while helping keep our office running smoothly. This role combines patient communication, scheduling, billing support, administrative responsibilities, and day-to-day office operations. If you enjoy multitasking, solving problems, and creating a positive experience for others, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones and assisting current and prospective patients
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating clinician calendars
- Processing payments and assisting with billing
- Managing patient paperwork and electronic records
- Maintaining accurate patient records and office databases
- Coordinating online store orders, shipping, and supply donations
- Maintaining office organization, inventory, and supplies
- Assisting with marketing projects and administrative support
- Supporting our clinicians and leadership team with day-to-day operations

Experience with type 1 diabetes is also a plus, but not a requirement.
