Compensation: $25 - $40/hour, based on education and experience

Commitment: Minimum 1 year. Ideally, 4+ years
Schedule: 40 hours/week
- 3 days per week: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- 2 days per week: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Children: The preschooler attends preschool 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM.
- 11-Month-Old Girl: A happy, social baby who loves outdoor time, bright colors, shaker toys, and sensory play.
- 3.5-Year-Old Girl: A loving preschooler who enjoys pretend play, princess themes, and clearly explained expectations.
About the Role:
This West University family is seeking a calm, organized nanny to support their infant and preschooler with intention, consistency, and play-based learning.
This role is a strong fit for someone who can plan ahead, prepare simple activities, notice the children’s interests, and turn the day into meaningful opportunities for learning and exploration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support infant growth through sensory play, movement, books, and outdoor time
- Create simple activities that build curiosity and confidence
- Prepare materials and organize children’s play spaces
- Tidy and reset children’s spaces
Ideal Candidate:
A warm, proactive nanny who enjoys early childhood development and takes pride in thoughtful follow-through.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of full-time professional childcare experience with infants and toddlers
- Comfortable planning activities and preparing materials
- Easygoing and adaptable in a multi-adult household
- Strong judgment and clear communication
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
