About the Opportunity
A new rooftop bar experience is coming to South Boston, located on top of the stylish Cambria Hotel Boston Downtown-South Boston in the heart of one of Boston’s fastest growing neighborhoods. We are seeking an experienced, driven, and hospitality focused General Manager to lead the launch and day to day operations of this exciting venue.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture, guest experience, and success of a high energy rooftop destination expected to become a go to spot for locals, professionals, and visitors alike.
What You’ll Do
Lead all front of house and back of house operations
Hire, train, mentor, and manage a high performing hospitality team
Create an exceptional guest experience that drives repeat business
Oversee scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and compliance
Collaborate on events, promotions, nightlife programming, and marketing initiatives
Drive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as management in restaurants
Strong background in high volume bars, restaurants, lounges, or nightlife venues
Proven leadership and team development skills
Experience managing budgets, labor, and P&L performance
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, nightlife driven environment
Passion for hospitality, nightlife, and creating memorable guest experiences
