Position Summary
Corrpac Packaging & Fulfillment is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Non-CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for making local deliveries and supporting warehouse operations when not on the road. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Driving Duties:
- Operate company box truck or delivery vehicle (Non-CDL)
- Safely deliver packaging materials and products to local customers
- Load and unload product at customer locations
- Ensure accurate delivery documentation and customer signatures
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean and professional company vehicle
Warehouse Duties:
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders
- Assist with loading/unloading inbound freight
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control
- Keep warehouse clean and safe
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 21+ years old (preferred for insurance purposes)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to train)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
Preferred Experience
- Previous delivery driving experience (box truck preferred)
- Warehouse or distribution experience
- Knowledge of packaging or industrial supply industry is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
